I've personally spoken to the owners of the café, and they seem to hate Starbucks as much as you do. The coffee (in my opinion) is very good, and they have a broad range of drinks, as well as other products such as gellatto [sp?] and very friendly service. While they do seem interested in franchising, it's far more innocent than what Starbucks has done, and there are currently 4 locations, only in Arkansas. (I've been to the Hot Springs location I listed). Very good coffee.
